Author & Speaker Strategy

A book can introduce an idea. A talk can ignite a room. An interview can open a conversation.
But the most enduring voices do something more: they build a body of work around an idea that matters.
Our Author & Speaker Strategy is for authors, emerging authors, speakers, founders and visionaries who know they have something meaningful to contribute—but need clarity around how all the pieces belong together.
Not more content for the sake of content. Not another platform you have to feed. Not a persona manufactured to make an algorithm happy.
A coherent voice. A clear and compelling point of view.
And a strategy for allowing your ideas to travel.
You Don’t Need to Be Everywhere
Visibility has become confused with impact.
We’re told to publish constantly, post constantly, create video constantly, appear everywhere and somehow turn ourselves into an endlessly functioning content machine.
But more exposure doesn’t necessarily create more influence.
Clarity does. Coherence does. Alignment does.
The strongest authors and speakers become known for something: an idea, a question, a perspective, a way of seeing the world that changes how other people see it too.
Our work begins by discovering that center.
What do you actually want to be known for?
What conversation are you uniquely equipped to advance?
What have you lived, learned, questioned or discovered that gives you authority beyond credentials?
What are you in service to?
That last question changes everything.
Alignment Before Amplification
A message has power when the person delivering it is in relationship with what they are saying.
People feel the difference. You can memorize a polished keynote and leave a room untouched. You can speak imperfectly from something deeply embodied and have someone remember your words ten years later.
That is why our work doesn’t begin with publicity. It begins with coherence.
The alignment between:
- What you believe
- What you have experienced
- What you know
- What you are willing to question
- What you say
- How you say it
- And the change you hope to create in another human being
When those things come together, communication becomes more than performance. It becomes transmission.

One Central Idea. Many Expressions.
Your book, keynote, TED-style talk, podcast interviews, articles, panels, workshops and social platforms shouldn’t feel like seven unrelated jobs.
They can all grow from the same intellectual and emotional ecosystem.
A book may hold the depth. A keynote distills the essential idea. A podcast allows you to explore its edges. A panel establishes your perspective in relationship with others. An essay responds to what is happening now. A workshop allows people to experience the idea rather than simply hear about it. And media gives the idea another doorway into the culture.
The strategy is knowing what belongs where.

The Message Ecosystem
What is the idea beneath everything else?
We uncover the deeper through-line connecting your experience, expertise, questions, values and vision. Not simply what you know — what you see differently.
Turn knowledge into something people can enter.
Facts inform. Stories create relationship. Together, we identify the stories, tensions, turning points, questions and lived experiences that make your ideas human rather than theoretical.
Authority doesn’t require performance.
Your strongest voice usually emerges when you stop trying to sound like a speaker, author or thought leader and begin sounding unmistakably like yourself. We work toward presence rather than polish for polish’s sake.
Let the idea travel.
We determine how your central message can live across books, talks, interviews, media, panels, essays, podcasts, communities and other platforms — without diluting it or exhausting you.
Resonance Before Reach
Reach asks: How many people saw it?
Resonance asks: Did it matter to them?
Both have value. But the second is what creates the first over time.
People share ideas that affect them. They recommend speakers who moved them. They give books to friends because something inside those pages articulated what they couldn’t articulate themselves. They invite people onto podcasts, stages and panels because they want the conversation to continue.
That is how a meaningful platform grows: through relationship, relevance and resonance.

What We Can Build Together
Depending on where you are in the process, our strategy may include:
- Clarifying your central idea, perspective and larger body of work
- Identifying what you genuinely want to become known for
- Developing your author/speaker positioning
- Connecting your book, talks and broader platform into one coherent narrative
- Determining which stories belong in a book versus on a stage
- Developing signature themes and intellectual territory
- Shaping keynote, TED/TEDx, panel and interview directions
- Identifying audiences most likely to resonate with your work
- Creating thought-leadership themes for articles, podcasts and media
- Mapping potential collaborations, conversations and communities
- Exploring how your ideas can become workshops, experiences or other offerings
- Building a visibility strategy that feels sustainable rather than performative
- Identifying where media, relationships and strategic introductions could expand your reach
- Creating a longer-term roadmap rather than thinking only about the next launch
You may already have the book. You may already have the talk. You may simply have the idea. We meet wherever you are.
Your Platform Isn’t Your Follower Count
A platform is often described as an audience. I think it is something larger.
Your platform is the ecosystem of trust surrounding your ideas.
It includes readers, audiences, colleagues, organizations, interviewers, event producers, journalists, collaborators, clients and people who quietly pass your work to someone else.
Some may follow you online. Many may not.
What matters is that there is coherence between what you stand for and what people experience when they encounter your work.
That kind of credibility cannot be manufactured. It is built through trust. Trust comes from being in alignment, your ethics and follow through.
For people with something to say that will shape ideas, people, services & things—not simply something to sell.
You don’t have to be famous. You don’t need hundreds of thousands of followers. And you certainly don’t need to become a louder version of yourself.
This work is particularly suited to people entering a new chapter:
- Authors stepping beyond the book
- Experts becoming thought leaders
- Founders becoming public voices
- Speakers developing a larger body of work
- Executives moving into purpose-driven leadership
- Practitioners translating years of experience into something teachable
There is something I know now that I am meant to share.
Strategy + Consciousness
Traditional communications strategy tends to begin with the marketplace: What does the audience want? What is trending? What will attract attention?
Those questions matter—but they aren’t where we begin.
What is true for you?
What experiences shaped your perspective?
What do you believe deeply enough to stand behind publicly?
Where are you still performing someone else’s version of success?
What do you no longer want to say simply because the market expects it?
And what are you finally ready to say?
From there, we bring strategy into the equation.
Because consciousness without action can remain an idea. And strategy without alignment can build a platform you eventually no longer want to stand on.
We need both.
Why Renee?
I See the Whole Field
I’ve spent decades behind books, brands, companies, founders, speakers and ideas — helping determine what deserves to be said, how to say it, where it belongs and who needs to hear it.
I’ve worked from both sides of the equation: behind the scenes shaping messages and launches, and in front of audiences as an author, speaker, moderator, interviewer and producer.
But perhaps more importantly, my work eventually led me into a much deeper exploration of consciousness, where I’ve been teaching, leading retreats and guiding individuals for the past 14 years.
Today I bring those worlds together.
Strategy and intuition
Story and presence
Experience and possibility
Visibility and meaning
Because the goal isn’t simply to become known.
It is to become known for something worth knowing.

Your Idea. Your Voice. Your Body of Work.
Maybe you have already written the book. Maybe you are staring at page one. Maybe audiences already know your name. Or maybe the idea has been quietly following you around for years.
Wherever you are, we can begin there.
Let’s uncover the passion, your why’s and the larger story—and then build the strategy and plan that allows it to travel and succeed.
